Rental quotes return within four working hours during business days. For standard packages in Madrid and Barcelona metros, the quote includes a delivery slot the buyer can accept directly without further coordination. For configurations requiring custom elements (specialty paper, brand-matched calibration, multi-device deployments) the quote turnaround extends to one business day to allow proper configuration confirmation.
Bookings require a 30 percent deposit on confirmation; the balance settles on delivery for short-term rentals and monthly across the term for project rentals above 4 weeks. Cancellation policy is published in the rental terms attached to every quote; same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit, cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery are fully refundable.
